What are my shipping, pick-up options?
All of our items are available for Nationwide Shipping, local pick-up at our shop (by appointment only), and we will deliver locally.
When will I receive my order?
This will depend on the size of your order. We build most of our orders as they come in, we keep low stocks to keep our prices down. Painted orders will take longer as we need to wait for the wood to dry for proper treatment. We keep Jump Cups and Jump Rails on hand and can be shipped out as soon as the next business day.
Do you offer painted jumps?
Yes. All of our Jumps and Jump Rails can be painted. Please note there is an extra fee for painting and it will take longer to process your order.
Do you sponsor horse shows?
Yes. However, we like to keep things local to our area. We are more then happy to take any sponsorship into consideration; however, it's just not feasibly possible for us to sponsor every show.
Why is my wood cracking and splitting?
This pertains more to Jump Rails. Our Jump Rails are pine, they are dried, for the most part, before we receive them. As wood dries it tends to split apart, also know as checking. This is normal. The splitting doesn't necessarily effect the rail's integrity.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. We do so on a per order basis. Please contact prior to ordering to see what we may be able to offer you.
Do you offer plastic or PVC jumps?
No. We enjoy the look and traditional style of our wood jumps.
What if I don't see the jump I want?
If you don't see what you are looking for, we are more then happy to work with you to build what you are looking for. It just isn't possible to list every possible jump design on this website. What we have listed are our more popular designs.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We process our transactions through PayPal, you do NOT need a PayPal account in order to check out. We accept all major credit cards, Cashier's & Personal Checks, Money Orders, and good old Cash. All orders must be paid for in advance to pick-up or delivery, and checks with be cleared before proceeding. No work begins until payment has cleared.
Do you have Jump Rails?
Absolutely! Our most popular product are our Jump Rails. We carry 3-1/2" Round Pine Jump Rails. Octagonal Rails are also available.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes. We welcome any design you can come up with. We will work with you in order to get what you are looking for. Please contact us with your design ideas and we will go from there.
